  • Microphone Input – processed locally in real time for voice commands and in-game reactions; not recorded or transmitted.

  • Motion and Hand Tracking Data – used in real time for immersive VR gameplay.

  • Gameplay Progress and Task Completion Status – stored locally on device or via platform cloud save features.

  • USER_ID – grants the app access to the user’s unique identifier on the platform (e.g., Oculus User ID) to enable various features such as identifying individual players for multiplayer, leaderboards, and achievements.

  • USER_PROFILE – grants the app access to the Oculus username and profile photo, used for displaying the user’s profile in-game (e.g., showing player name and avatar on leaderboards or multiplayer lobbies).

In addition, for You Are Ghost, we use Unity Analytics, which may automatically collect certain technical and gameplay data, such as device information, country, session length, and in-game events, in accordance with Unity’s privacy practices.

The limited data described above is used solely to provide core game functionality and ensure compatibility with platform features.

    • Enable core gameplay interactions.

    • Adjust in-game behavior according to user age group category.

  • Death Horizon: Cyberfusion:

    • USER_ID and USER_PROFILE are used exclusively for leaderboards and achievements.

    • The game supports In-App Purchases and/or Downloadable Content (DLC), where data is used to manage entitlements and access to purchased content.

  • Death Horizon: Reloaded:

    • USER_ID and USER_PROFILE are used for leaderboards, achievements, and multiplayer functionality.

    • The game supports In-App Purchases and/or Downloadable Content (DLC), where data is used to manage entitlements and access to purchased content.

We do not use this data for marketing purposes and do not sell or share it except with service providers necessary for delivering these features (e.g., Photon Engine for multiplayer).

All data processing occurs locally on the device or via platform SDKs and services subject to their own privacy policies.
